Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return (starting from the day we have received notification from the shipping company that the parcel has been successfully dispatched to the client's indicated shipping address or pick-up location). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we only accept returns/exchanges for defective, damaged or broken items which current state is attributed to our mishandling. 

Before you start a return, we advise the client to first contact us at contact@universebeautylashes.com in order to assess the situation. 
The client should be aware that the handling and shipping costs induced will not be covered by Universe Beauty. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If a you wants to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (PayPal/Bank Account), depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.

If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
