What is Universe Beauty Lashes?

UBL is an eyelash extension manufacturer, our factory is located in the city of Qingdao (eastern China). We have 30 employees working across multiple departments such as production, quality control, packaging, sales department. Our specialty is volume and classic lashes. We can also provide product and packaging customization upon request for wholesale or brand building purposes.

How can I purchase from you?

You can buy the products you are looking for directly through our online store. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp to place your order manually.

What are your lashes made out of?

All of our lashes are made from high quality PBT (synthetic material also called silk or cashmere). This material allows lashes to retain their curl over extended periods of time while also featuring a soft and smooth texture.

What are fan lashes?

Volume lashes is a type of product allowing to create volume quickly, cutting down your lash application time significantly. There are multiple types of volume lashes, which can be pre-made fans, easy fans, YY or VV. If you already know how to do classic lashes, you will be able to learn how to apply volume lashes very fast.

What is the difference between premium and ellipse?

They are two different type of root (or base) for each eyelash: premiums have a round base, meant to be applied on the sides of each natural eyelash. Ellipses have a flat (or oval) base and should be applied either below or above the natural strand.

Which curl standard do you use?

We use the international standard when it comes to curls. However, if you are unsure whether our curl standard matches what you are looking for or not, we advise you to try our products by placing a sample order first.

Are your products cruelty free?

We exclusively use a synthetic material called PBT to produce our eyelash extensions, there are no animal products, matter or substances of any form involved in the manufacturing process, which is why all of our merchandise is completely cruelty free.

Are your lashes safe for my natural lash?

Our products are 100% safe and will not harm your natural lashes. However, we strongly advise you to follow proper guidelines when applying the extensions. Besides, all technicians, artists and employees generally involved in eyelash extension application services must be licensed from a legal and legitimate trainer/authority.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? How do I get a quote?

We do offer more competitive pricing for businesses wishing to place large orders (MOQ 100 trays). If you are interested, please contact us directly and let us know what volume of trays you are dealing with per month, and on behalf of which company you are purchasing.

How long does the shipping take? How can I get free shipping?

-Express shipping takes 4 to 7 working days 

We will process your order within 3 working days after receiving the payment.
For orders amounting to USD $99 and above, we provide worldwide free shipping with express delivery (please note that the shipping time varies depending on your country, contact us for more info). You can always track your order in here.

I still have not received my order, what should I do?

We have a 45 days refund policy in case your order was delayed or prevented from reaching the shipping address. In these circumstances, please reach out to our customer service so we can assist you in the refund or reship process.

Will I need to pay import duties?

It depends on the import rules in your country. If you are unsure, please contact your department of commerce.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

Our wholesale price and private label (packaging customization) MOQ is 100 trays per order. That limit does not apply to purchases placed through our website’s online shop. Click here to start building your own brand.
